UDF's displaying on sidebar even with no information for particular student
I'm trying to get UDF's displaying on the student sidebar. The problem is as soon as I check a student profile for specific UDF's every single one of them will appear on the sidebar, even if there is no data entered into any of the fields in the student profile.
In the ARTICLE: UDFs Help Display Additional Information, it says that they will only display when there is information entered into the field for a student, which is what you'd expect.
Unfortunately, even if the student has no UDF's flagged/data entered for, every single one will appear on the sidebar.
I have attached 2 screenshots of the sidebar that is currently displaying. The male one has no information added but is still displaying all of the UDFs and the female one only has information added for a couple of them but is still displaying all of them.
Can someone please help explain to me how to get it to display correctly?
