Go To: Reporting >> Instant Reports >> SISO Summary

Within the top Report Criteria section, the standard Reach filters are provided as well as a date range selector.
Note the two blue sections at the bottom of the image, the search results will be presented as charts and a table output, toggle the plus and minus icons to adjust the page view.
Each filter option provides a list to select the required items to search. Select the items as required and click to Generate Report.

The first section displays the data as two charts, the chart on the left displays SISO items by location, the chart on the right groups all the data to on and off campus locations.
The charts display the number of SISOs on the Y-axis and the dates along the X-axis, also along the bottom of the chart are the locations that appear during the selected date range.
Each location is colour coded and can be clicked off or on as required to view the data. Within the chart, the colours reflect the same locations, hover over a colour to highlight only that colour within the chart, hover over a data point to view basic pop-up information regarding that item.

The second section displays the same data as a table, each line item details a SISO occurrence, scroll up and down, or use the Column Selector menu to adjust the viewable columns.
Rank the data by using the arrows within each column header and the search bar is provided to quickly find a specific item.
If required, adjust the search parameters and click again to generate a fresh report.

This reporting feature is a view only area, however the table data can be exported as required with the provided buttons.
