The Audit Log maintains a record of all
transactions, communications, or events that have occurred within your schools Reach
portal. This is the accumulated data of historical recordings, the ultimate
filing cabinet within Reach.
A student is ready to sign out utilising a stand-alone kiosk system, with the current school settings, a staff PIN is required. The PIN is entered and the student signs-out. When staff need to confirm which staff member used their individual PIN to SISO, the Audit Log can be used.
First Method
The User Account that was used during a SISO transaction, is indicated within the Student Sidebar.
Go To: Sidebar Menu >> Select Student >> History Tab >> SISO History
Here, each card provides details of that specific SISO transaction, at the bottom of each card is the name of the user account that processed the transaction. The Bike Riding item was via Kiosk SISO and other was by the staff member Garry.
To identify the use of a Staff PIN or an override PIN, we use the Audit Log to view the transaction data, which will provide the users Contact ID.
