ARTICLE: Challenge Success Primer

The Challenge Success onboarding process involves sending out documents and booking meetings with the Challenge Success team. Your Reach representative will enable the module in your portal, load the question set and grant you access to the Challenge Success pages.

If you do not see the Challenge Success menu options, the Reach team has not completed the onboarding process.

Challenge Success Management

Navigate to Reach: Lists > Challenge Success Management to access the Survey Orientation.



Select the survey option from the dropdown and scroll down to view the Survey Preparation section.



Here, you can review documents and book appointments for your onboarding and debrief calls. Tick the boxes next to the title to help keep track of which items have been completed.

When you're ready to send the survey links, scroll down to the Survey Administration section. Select the users you would like to survey, select the validity dates for the link and click Send Invites


Only Reach users can be sent links at this time. If a subset of your school population should complete the survey but are not loaded in Reach, please contact your Reach representative to discuss an onboarding strategy
Survey links are only accessible during the date range you select. Reach and Challenge Success recommend adding a few extra days to the Until Date field to accommodate unexpected circumstances.

Challenge Success Insights

To access the Challenge Success dashboard, navigate to Reach: Lists > Challenge Success Insights.



Select the dashboard you would like to view from the dropdown. 
The Challenge Success dashboard will only be available after the Challenge Success team has processed the data.
You can review the data by clicking on different tabs at the top of the page. Clicking on a graph will allow you to filter on particular data points and clicking on the filter chips that appear will allow you to modify the filters.
