Establishing data connectivity between REACH and the TASS API is a simple matter that requires the following steps.

1. School to make direct contact with TASS and obtain an API license for the Boarding API.
   
   
2. School to provide REACH with TASS license credentials using the form provided by TASS.
   The form is available for the schools to download from TASS online Help at Online Help>How/To Checklists > General > TASS API Setup Checklist
   
   
   
   
3. School to nominate the communication rule that REACH will use when pulling contact data from TASS.
   
   
   
   

4. Reach will initiate a test connection and assess the results for any data errors.
   
   

5. Once the data sync installed then syncing will occur once per day.
