ARTICLE: Contact Bulk Data Management

Contact Bulk Data Management allows for an efficient way to view and manage the following associations as they relate to users:
  1. UDFs
  2. Groups
  3. Contact Flags
  4. Groups Managed
  5. Restrictions
  6. Medical Conditions
  7. Identifiers
  8. Medications

For example, to remove students in a specific Group;

Go to: Reports >> Contact Bulk Data Management

  1. Click on 'Report Type' and select Groups
  2. Click on 'All Contact Types' and select Students
  3. Then click on the green 'Load Data' button

Reach generates a list based on your filter selections, this can be ranked via the up/down arrows in each column header.

Two new buttons have appeared, 'Save Changes' & Change to Edit Mode'.

If required, select another filter, in this case, we will select year 12 students only and click 'Load Data' again

  1. Now this has reduced the group 'Showing' to 30
  2. We can use the 'Invert All' button to select all students, alternatively, just tick the required boxes
  3. Then click on 'Change to Edit Mode'
  4. You can now edit each students record as required by switching the ticks on/off for each column
  5. Use the slide bar across the bottom to move through the additional columns
  6. Use the page numbers at the bottom to move through the list of students
  7. Once you have completed your editing, you may choose to download / export your data by using either button provided
  8. Be sure to click 'Save Changes' when you have finished
