ARTICLE: Language Translation setting for Leave notifications
Many boarding schools have large international parent communities. It is often the case that many of these parents are not fluent in English as a written or spoken language.
Reach enables you to engage these parents with the ability to select from 48 native languages for receiving leave requests and notifications for their child.
Staff can manage this setting for any user account by going to People Management > View Contacts and select the person's profile. On the Personal tab, choose their preferred language from the drop down menu.
Parents and other users can manage this setting for their own account by going to My Account and adjusting the Default Language setting in the Personal Details screen.
