FACTS API Setup Instructions

The integration between Reach and FACTS allows for the automatic population and updating of user data within Reach. Scheduled to run nightly, this sync ensures that any changes to demographic information in FACTS are reflected accurately in the Reach system. Specifically, the integration populates Student and Parent information from FACTS, streamlining data management processes for schools.

To set up the integration, upload a .txt file to securedrop.reach.cloud with the rollowing information:
  1. Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: The subscription key from the profile page.
  2. Facts-Api-Key: The API key given from the school/district.

A Reach developer will complete the integration and you will be notified of the changes.
