ARTICLE: How to create leave for more than one student as a Parent
Parents who have more than one student at the same school can create a group leave request when logged in to the Reach web portal. Restrictions to this are that
- The students need to be at the same school
- You cannot do it on the mobile app, it is only available on the web portal
- Students will be allocated the same information for all of the leave request fields
To create a group leave request simply click on the person icon in the Student Name field of the Leave Request.
This will open up a modal showing which students you are associated to and you may select any of those students for the leave request being created.
Note that if you are a Host to any other students that are not your own child then these names will also display. You can create a leave request for these students that you are a host for. If you do create leave for students that you are a host for then you will be set as the host for that leave request.
