ARTICLE: How to Set Accessibility Settings for Duty Reports
User accessibility settings allow you to determine what every individual user can access, view and edit. These settings can be controlled for an individual user in their personal provide (Accessibility Tab) or by an entire Role in REACH through the Base Security Level permissions for the Role.
Visibility control for Duty Reports is controlled in the STAFF module of your accessibility controls. Here you can permit or deny access to the Staff Menu, Creating Duty Reports and Viewing Duty Reports.
To permit an individual user or a Base Security assigned to a Role type to View All Submitted Duty Reports, regardless if they themselves submitted them or were included in Staff to Inform, and to be able to submit Duty Reports, you will need the following permissions enabled:
Access the Staff Main Menu Item (7-041, MM_VIS_STAFF)
Access the Submit EOS Menu Item in the Staff Menu Item (7-042, MM_VIS_STAFF_SUBMITEOS)
Access the View EOS Menu Item in the Staff Menu Item (7-043, MM_VIS_STAFF_VIEWEOS)
Access Duty Reports from other users (7-044, VIEW_OTHERS_EOS)
To permit an individual user or a Base Security assigned to a Role type to View ONLY Submitted Duty Reports of their own or that they were included in as Staff to Inform, and to be able to submit Duty Reports, you will need the following permissions enabled:
Access the Staff Main Menu Item (7-041, MM_VIS_STAFF)
Access the Submit EOS Menu Item in the Staff Menu Item (7-042, MM_VIS_STAFF_SUBMITEOS)
Access the View EOS Menu Item in the Staff Menu Item (7-043, MM_VIS_STAFF_VIEWEOS)
To permit an individual user or a Base Security assigned to a Role type to ONLY Submit Duty Reports but NOT have any visibility permissions to view submitted Duty Reports, you will need the following permissions enabled:
Access the Staff Main Menu Item (7-041, MM_VIS_STAFF)
Access the Submit EOS Menu Item in the Staff Menu Item (7-042, MM_VIS_STAFF_SUBMITEOS)
