ARTICLE: Instant Reports – Live Rollcall History
The Live RC (Rollcall) History feature generates data derived from specified parameters for a selected Date.
Go To: Reporting >> Instant Reports >> Live RC History
The standard Reach filters are provided to create the required search parameters, and there is no need for a Rollcall Type filter here, as this reporting facility is for live rollcalls only.
Each filter option provides a list to select the required items to search. Select the items as required and click to Generate Report.
The results appear in the Report section, each line item details an attendance record, move through the data up/down or left/right with the slides bars provided.
Each attendance record item is colour coded, with the legend at the bottom of the table provided to understand these colours, and hover over a data dot for additional info.
Rank the data by using the arrows within each column header. If required, adjust the search parameters and click again to generate a fresh report.
Once a report has been generated, the Download option will appear, adjust the data as reqired and cllick download.
The blue Show Legend button is also provided to detail the parameters of the Live Rollcall types as created and managed by your school.
