ARTICLE: Instant Reports – Quota Report

The Quota Report feature generates data derived from specified school data and the Quota parameters created and managed by your school. 

Go To: Reporting >> Instant Reports >> Quota Report

The standard Reach filters are provided as well as some Quota specific options, with Quota Name and Quota Timeframe menus. 

Each filter option provides a list to select the required items to search. Select the items as required and click to Generate Report.

The results appear in the Output section, each line item details a Quota occurrence, scroll up and down to view the data.

Rank the data by using the arrows within each column header, or adjust the column view by using the Column Selector drop-down menu.

If required, adjust the search parameters and click again to generate a fresh report.

The search bar is provided with the tabled data to quickly find a specific item.

This reporting feature is a view only area, however the data can be exported as required with the provided button.
