ARTICLE: Instant Reports – Reach Now Report
Reach Now is a versatile communications tool that can help you to manage and improve communication with your community, and via Instant reporting you can generate data to view and export.
Go To: Reporting >> Instant Reports >> Reach Now Report
Set your query parameters (search for all contacts or specific contacts, all channels or specific channels, roles, groups, dorms and any specific keywords). Select the required Start and End dates you require to view, then click on the green button - Generate Report.
Expand or minimize the Report Output sections to see Direct Message and Chat Room Message results based on your search query. Use the Column Selector button to add or remove output columns of data and select the Download Spreadsheet button to export to be referenced outside of Reach.
