ARTICLE: System Configuration - Communications


The Communications module allows you to send messages to your users, this document briefly details the controls within your Reach Portal.   
Go to: System Configurations >> Communications

 



  1. Email from Address - This will allow you to brand all emails with an address you are able to control
  2. Country Code Mobile Prefix – Required to fully qualify all mobile numbers
  3. SMS Caller ID – When sending any SMS communications, REACH will use this value as the Caller ID
  4. BURST SMS API Key – This is the API Key that Burst SMS provides, this control also displays the current balance and a How-To link for SMS setup
  5. Kitchen Email Address – The email address required to send mail to and from the kitchen manager
  6. Medical Notifications Email Address - This is the email address that all nurse correspondence will use
  7. Show SMS on Quick Message - Should SMS be listed as a communication option on Quick Message on the Kiosk
  8. Bursar Email Address - This is the email address that all Bursar correspondence will use
  9. Declined Booking Email Address - This is the email address that all Declined Accommodation bookings will be sent to
  10. EOD Nurse Report - This is the Alert Profile that will tell REACH when to email the End of Day Nurse Report and to whom it should be sent
  11. EOD Digest - This is the Alert Profile that will tell REACH when to email the End of Day Digest and to whom it should be sent
  12. State Management Email AddressThis is the email address that State Management will communicate with


NOTE: Be sure to save changes, and test to ensure your changes operate as required.
