ARTICLE: System Configurations - Lookups

Adding a new house/dorm, new medication, new grade/year, roster and a new AM/PM registration is done in the Lookups configuration.

Go to System Configuration >> Lookups
Note that not all users will have access to the System Configuration menu.
 

In the Lookups table you will see all of your Year/Grade groups,  Dorm/House groups and OTC and PMO Medication categories, AM/PM Registration and Rosters.

  • Select Add Lookup to add a new item.
  • Select an existing item to edit the details or delete it.
