ARTICLE: System Configurations - Lookups (add or edit year, grade, dorm, house, roster, registration, medication category)

Adding a new house/dorm, new medication, new grade/year, roster and a new AM/PM registration is done in the Lookups configuration.

Go to System Configuration >> Lookups

Note that not all users will have access to the System Configuration menu.

In the Lookups table you will see all of your Year/Grade groups, Dorm/House groups and OTC and PMO Medication categories, AM/PM Registration and Rosters.

Select Add Lookup to add a new item.
Select an existing item to edit the details or delete it.
