Veracross API Setup Instructions:

In order to connect to Veracross’ API, we need to organize with both your school and Veracross. With both parties set up correctly, Reach will be able to add your school to the nightly sync for daily updates, as well as perform your initial import.

Before setting up, please reference Veracross' Partner Portal and their support article found within Veracross Community https://community.veracross.com/s/article/Legacy-API-Configuration-Overview

Setup Checklist:

Follow the checklist below in order to establish your API sync with REACH:

  1. Contact Veracross and obtain a Username and Password for an auth account

  2. Contact Veracross and obtain an Endpoint URL (the username usually looks like “reach.endpointName” ie. r3na may have an endpoint of r3na and the username of reach.r3na)

  3. You will need to supply the Username, Password and Endpoint URL information to REACH for the configuration of the sync to be completed.  Please copy and paste that information into a word document and upload the document to https://securedrop.reach.cloud/
