ARTICLE: Welcome Wizard for Password Reset and Password Creation

The Welcome Wizard is a link that you can send to a REACH user that allows them to set initially or to reset their password in REACH. The link provides a step through guide for the user to set their password for REACH Access.

1. Send the Wizard link from the user's contact profile in People Management

2. An email is sent to the user with a link which guides the user to a password setup procedure

3. User sets their own password

4. Confirmation with the user includes confirmation of their Username.
