ARTICLE: Instant Reports – Contact Data Integrity Report

The Contact Integrity Report automatically generates data based on the items missing from the imported user contact details, as Reach requires a minimum amount of data to use that contact profile throughout your schools Reach Portal.

Go To: Reporting >> Instant Reports >> Contact Data Integrity Report

The first section separates the missing data into user groups, each line item shows the the individual and their missing data. Some contact profiles are missing phone numbers or email addresses.

To fix this data, simply open the profile for the individual user, update the data, and be sure to save the profile.

The second section lists all 'clean contacts', these are profiles that are not missing the Reach minimum data requirements.
