ARTICLE: Instant Reports – Daily Transport Schedule
The Daily Transport Schedule generates data derived from specified parameters for a chosen Date.
Go To: Reporting >> Instant Reports >> Daily Transport Schedule
Within the top Report Criteria section, the standard Reach filters are provided as well as some Transport specific options, with Transport / Leave Types and Interval menus.
Note the two blue sections at the bottom of the image, the search results will be presented as Departures and Arrivals data, toggle the plus and minus icons to adjust the page view.
Each filter option provides a list to select the required items to search. Select the items as required and click in Generate Report.
The Departures section is first with each line item detailing a transport occurrence, scroll up and down, or use the Column Selector menu to select or deselect columns as required.
Rank the data by using the arrows within each column header and the search bar is provided to quickly find a specific item.
The Arrivals section is second, and again, with each line item detailing a transport occurrence.
If required, adjust the search parameters and click again to generate a fresh report.
This reporting feature is a view only area, however the data can be exported as required with the provided buttons.
