ARTICLE: Instant Reports – Leave Data Integrity Report

The Leave Data Integrity Report automatically generates data based on the items missing from user profiles, based on the minimum amount of data Reach requires to process leave requests throughout your schools Reach Portal.

Go To: Reporting >> Instant Reports >> Leave Data Integrity Report

Note:  If this data report area is empty, this means there are currently no leave data issues present in any user profiles

Each group of students indicates that the following items are required;
 - Parent profiles need to be created
 - Parent profiles need to contain current contact information
 - Parent profiles need to be associated to the student

To view or update a profile to fix the noted issue, simply go to People Management >> View Contacts, open the required profile, update the information and remember to save the profile.

Please note:
 - It is good practice to create the parent profiles directly after creating the student profile
 - Ensure a new profile contains as much information as possible
 - Open the student profile and associate the parent profiles as soon as possible

The key to Reach, is data, the more information a contact profile has, the more useful a contact profile can be throughout the Reach Portal.
