ARTICLE: Leave Summary Dashboard


This section can be used as a view point for historically recorded leave data, current data or any leave request created with future leave dates, this summary page can also be used for reporting, by collating and exporting data.

Leave Summary Dashboard 



The standard Reach filters are provided, and use the date range selector to narrow the search parameters, and click search.

Summary data is presented as a graph and a table;

The Graph presents each Leave Type as a separate colour, as shown along the bottom of the graph, and within the graph. Hover the colour sections within the graph for specific data, or click on/off the location names to adjust the graph view


The Table display presents far more data, use the up/down arrows in each column header to adjust the table view or use the search bar to find a specific item and click on a line item within the table to open the Leave Details screen for that item.



To export summary data, adjust the filters and date range, then adjust the column headers as required, and click either download or export button to save the data to your computer.
