The Leave Management section of the main menu provides four options to create, edit, bulk edit, manage individual or group items, view, summarise, collate, report, and export. Create New Leave Request
The Leave Details screen allows you to create leave for an individual or groups, under any leave type created and managed by your school. Set the date and time for departure and return, set the leave to be a recurring item, set the transport details for departure and return and multiple legs,

Leave Overview
This section can be used as a view point for historical data, current data or up to a month in advance, which would include upcoming leave items, the overview page can also be used for reporting, by collating and exporting data. The standard Reach filters are provided, with the addition of a Leave Type filter, use these along with the date range and fortnight selector, to help refine as required.
Data is presented in a table with up/down arrows within each column header to rank the data, leave items can be seen as colour indicators per day or across multiple days, each colour bar shows the required timings for that day.
Adjust the filters and the columns as required and click download to export the data.

Leave Summary Dashboard
The summary can also be seen as a view or reporting facility, with the Reach filters and date range selectors. The major difference here is that the data is presented in two ways; a graph and a table. Column headers are used to rank the data and the search bar is provided to fine a specific item. The graph presents data by the location colour, hover for information or click the graph or location items to adjust the graph.
Adjust the filters and the columns as required and click download to export the data.

Manage Leave
This is the epicentre of leave management within Reach, displaying leave requests and their current data in a simple and very effective manner. Leave requests are generated by staff, parents and students and will be displayed on this screen from the moment they are created until the moment that it is completed.
