ARTICLE: Instant Reports – SISO Contact Tracing

The SISO Contact Tracing feature generates data for an individual contact, based on the selected date range, this is to identify when and for how long that individual spent time at a location, and which individuals were checked-in at the same time. This data can not determine if two individuals physically contacted, only that they checked-in at the same location at the same time.

Go To: Reporting >> Instant Reports >> SISO Contact Tracing

The report criteria section, provides the Target Contact field to select an individual, and the date range selector, then click to Generate Report.
The Target Contact is the search parameter, the results generated within the lower Report Output section displays all individuals that checked-in to the same location as the Target Contact.

The Report Output area is split into two sections, the first section displays the total time the Target Contact was checked into the same location as each individual listed.
The second section, breaks down that total to show start/end days/times and the overlap.

The first section showing the total time for each individual. Please note that for larger schools, the quantity of data results can be large.
Rank the data by using the up/down arrows in each column header, or the search bar for specific items, or scroll to the bottom, to switch between page data.

The second section breaks down the total time, again, rank the data with the column headers, search for specific items, or switch page data at the bottom.

If required, adjust the search parameters and click again to generate a fresh report.
This reporting feature is a view only area, however the data can be exported as required, the upper and lower sections are provided with export buttons separately.
