Live RC (Roll Call) Reports, provide staff with an incredibly useful function to view, report and export historical data from Live Rollcalls.

Live RC Reports
Five filters and a date range selector are provided to create the required report parameters, simply click on a filter for the drop down menu and select or deselect each item as required, adjust the date and click on the green Generate Report button.
A timeline of the Live Rollcalls that occurred on the selected date are displayed, scroll up/down to view the data per student, slide the bottom bar left/right to view the timeline, and hover over a dot within the table for additional rollcall data.
Two legends provide information regarding the table;
- The bottom of the table - four colour dots indicate the attendance meaning of those colours used in the table
- 'Show Legend' button - provides a pop-up showing the respective rollcall categories and their time/day parameters
When exporting, adjust the filters to collate the required data, and click the 'Download Spreadsheet' button to save the document to your computer.
