Once you have logged into Reach via an internet browser, you are presented with screen sections provided by the school you and your child are connected to, this provides tab information and a main menu down the left side to access information and quick link icons across the header menu to use as required.
How to Access My Account
In the right hand corner of the screen, you will see your login name and the personal icon.
Clicking on the personal icon will display the menu options.
The My Account option is where you manage your personal details in Reach.
There are multiple tabs in the My Account screen providing you access to control your personal data.
Hosts - this allows you to add new hosts that will be added to your child's account, also to edit/update as required
Parent Permissions - Controls are provided to allow, or deny specific Over-The-Counter (OTC) medications to be administered to individual students.
Critical Fields - Your mobile phone number and your email address, as these are reference points for Reach to make contact with you for leave requests and notifications.
