Create a New Booking

Parents can create a boarding booking via the portal by logging onto a browser and creating a new booking via the accommodation widget.

To create a booking, click on ‘Create Booking’ to bring up the new booking screen. Select the child (if you have more than one child at the school) for which you are creating the booking from the drop-down list and then click ‘Add Single Allocation’. Select the dates you want to book and click ‘Add’. For multiple bookings repeat the previous steps.  Click on ‘Save’ to submit the booking.

Any days where there is no available bed will appear in grey. Days where there are beds available appear in black.

View Current Requests

Any new booking request will now appear under the ‘Current Accommodation Bookings’ and will show as ‘Pending’ until the school have approved it. Once approved it will change to show ‘Approved’ or if rejected will then show in the historic bookings (see below).

Historical Bookings

A history of the booking requests made by the parent will also be visible within the portal, showing all requests and their status, date of the request and any notes.

Notifications

At all stages of the booking process the parent will get email notification as to the status, from initial submission through to acceptance, rejection by the school will be accompanied by staff notes explaining a reason why.
