ARTICLE: Instant Reports – Accommodation Report
Accommodation Reporting generates data derived from specified parameters throughout a chosen Date Range.
Go To: Reporting >> Instant Reports >> Accommodation Report
Please Note: This reporting feature is part of the larger Dorm Manager Extension Module, which must be installed and enabled on your schools Reach Portal to be active.
The standard Reach filters are provided as well as some Accommodation specific options, with Bed Type and Allocation Booking State.
Each filter option provides a list to select the required items to search. Select the items as required and click in Generate Report.
The results appear in the Output section, each line item details an occurrence within the Dorm Manager, scroll up and down, or use the bottom slide bar to view more columns.
Rank the data by using the arrows within each column header, or adjust the column view by using the Column Selector drop-down menu.
If required, adjust the search parameters and click again to generate a fresh report.
The search bar is provided with the tabled data to quickly find a specific item.
This reporting feature is a view only area, however the data can be exported as required with the provided buttons.
