ARTICLE: Reporting - Menu - Basic Overview


The Reach Platform generates data from every action within the platform for your historical reporting requirements, the main menu provides five options within the Reporting section including; Contact Management, Instant Reports, Grading Results, Medication Reporting and the Voyage Hub.

This document provides introductory information for each section, along with relevant links to documents and videos for more detailed guidance.

Reporting Menu Options Explained


Contact Bulk Data Management

This section provides an efficient way to view and manage data, to generate a list based on your filter selections, this can be ranked and edited with a bulk update as required. The following data options include; UDFs / Groups / Contact Flags / Groups Managed / Restrictions / Medical Conditions / Identifiers / Medications

Instant Reports 

This reporting section acts as a portal to many different reporting types, depending on which modules your school has enabled. Each item, once clicked, will open in a new window providing a system to filter and generate report data. The resulting data can be ranked to view and can be exported when available.

Grading Results Aggregator 

The Aggregator is part of the larger Grading function across Reach, which allows for questions to be created and customized for staff to monitor and keep track of specific tasks/requirements relating to their students.

Medication Reporting 

This section is part of the larger Medication Module, which logs data from every action within the platform for your historical reporting requirements, including all medical actions. You are provided a system to filter and generate report data, this resulting data can be ranked by column headers or Column Visibility. The report can also be viewed as Medication by Student or Administered Medication.

Voyage Transport Hub 

The Transport Hub provides a data generator to search via a combination of Transport Types, Leave Types, and Leave States, along with the standard Reach Filters. NOTE: If you feel the search results are not showing, scroll down, as the the data is provided and separated per Transport Type. The resulting data can be ranked by column headers or Column drop-down menu, once you have the required data, each Transport Type section can be exported.
