ARTICLE: Instant Reports – Host Integrity Report

The Parent / Host Integrity Reporting feature generates data by Role, specifically to list any missing data per user profile.

Go To: Reporting >> Instant Reports >> Host Integrity Report

Simply select a role to view, the data will appear automatically. If there are no current profiles for a specific role, no data will appear.

Note: The list of roles is based on those created and managed by your school.

In this example, the Head Teacher role has been selected, the report lists all current profiles using the selected Role, here there are four results, three line items look full, with only one missing data, as is indicated with an X under the Email and Username columns.
Use the columns menu to adjust the view as required, select or deselect columns as required.
To view or update a profile, to fix the missing item, simply click on the line item. The users profile will open, update the details, and remember to save the profile.

The integrity report also provides the delete function for fast bulk profile management.
Please note that profiles can be recovered via People Management >> Deleted Contacts.
For Many schools the permission settings that manage deleted profiles will only be active for specific staff members.

For additional information regarding profiles, please view the following items.
