Using the Reach software, all support systems are provided via your Reach Web Login or by using a Web browser and they are easy to access.

The initial support services provided to parents include the Help Center and Knowledge Base.

 - The Reach platform provides an individual portal for every school, enabled features can be different
 - Each school operates with its own protocols and procedures, please be aware
 - All Reach questions should be directed to your school's designated contact first
 - Student Life office or their on-campus Reach administrator.

Support Email Contact 

Contacting Reach Support should only be done when your school can no longer assist with the issue.
You can contact Reach support directly by sending an email to support@reach.cloud
 - Please be sure to list the name of the school you're associated with when contacting Reach Support.
