ARTICLE: How to Resend Leave Approval emails
The Leave Approval process within Reach allows users to re-send an authorization email, this action can be completed via the Reach web browser portal, or the Reach mobile app.
Reach Web Browser
Go To: Leave Management >> Manage Leave
- Click on the required line item
- The Audit Trail details the actors per approval level
- Each level displays the current status of Approved, Pending, Declined
- When a dropdown arrow is provided, click to reveal the menu, and select Re-send Authorization
Reach Mobile App
Go To: Home Screen >> Manage Leave
- Tap on the required student leave item
- Tap on the Audit tab
- Each card represents an individual actor per approval level
- On the required card, tap on the three dots
- Within the popup menu, select Re-send Authorization
Tracking Emails
The status of every email sent by your school's Reach portal is logged - emails delivered, opened, failed or Clicked.
