Sudent Sideboard Screen - Pastoral Comments and Notes
Write a Pastoral Note
You can write a new Pastoral Note in the Student Sidebar View by clicking on the Write icon. This will open up the Pastoral report form which you can simple complete and submit directly from the sidebar view of the boarder.
Select your Category from the list of Pastoral Events that have been created in your System Configuration.
On Behalf of - select which staff member the pastoral note is being written on behalf of.
Restricted to - determine if you want to restrict the ability to see this or not to any particular staff.
Select your communications methods and save your note.
