ARTICLE: List Management


The List Management section is part of the larger 'Lists Manager' module, which allows schools to create an unlimited number of lists, which can be used to collect data from your system users.
Select a list to view from the lseft

Results of submitted lists are displayed. The display will present your lists in a table with your designated audience as the row titles and your list questions as your column titles.
Data can be viewed, edited and exported from the List Management screen.  



  1. Available Lists
    1. The left side column displays all of the current active lists 
  2. List Data Table
    1. The table displays the responses from user list submissions, separated by columns which can be ranked using the up/down arrow in the column header
  3. Toggle Available Lists
    1. This allows you to close the Available List section from the left side, providing results data to fill the screen. Toggle again to open.
  4. Date
    1. The current date is used by default, select the date required to view that specific response data 
  5. Business Logic
    1. This can be setup to implement the response data into your schools Reach portal
    2. This feature is built as required, please contact your Reach Manager to utilise Business Logic
  6. Filters
    1. The standard Reach filters are provided for fast ranking of your data
    2. The All Audience drop-down menu is also provided to switch between Has/Not Responded
  7. Search Bar
    1. Used to find a specific item quickly
  8. Download / Export
    1. Once you have filtered and ranked your data as required, use either Download or Export to save the data offline for further use

Automatic reset
Your list response data table will refresh automatically to whatever schedule you have set in your visibility type setting. For example, Daily lists will reset its response data (clear) every day.
