ARTICLE: Parent - How to Access Reach Support
The Reach platform is the global leader in student life management software, you can benefit from all we’ve learned. Reach is cloud-based and can be accessed 24/7 from any device with an internet connection, using either a web browser or via the mobile app, which is available for Apple and Android devices through their online stores.
Using the Reach software, all support systems are provided via your Reach Web Login or by using Web browser and they are easy to access.
Reach Support
All initial questions regarding Reach and your account, please contact your school first, as they can help you with login and how to use the portal.
Web
Once you have logged into your Reach account, click the Help icon in the header bar menu
This opens the Help Center in a separate web browser.
You can also access the Help Center directly in a web browser @ support.reach.cloud
User Guides
App Guides - how to use the mobile app
Log into your Reach account, in the main menu, within the Help tab, click on Mobile App User Guide
This will open the Help Center in a separate web browser.
Then search for 'Parent Mobile App User Guide'
Web Guides - how to use the Web portal
Please follow the steps provided above in the support section to access the Help Center, then search for the specific items, articles are provided.

In the main menu, within the Help tab, a User Guide link is provided

Open the My Account section by clicking on your name or photo, and click on Help
Either link will open the Reach Help Center.
