ARTICLE: Dashboards - Grading Summary

The Grading Summary within dashboards displays student data in a quick and easy manner, this is a view only area.

Main Menu >>Dashboards >> Grading Summary

In the base view, students are shown in split groups, the top line shows the year groups and the bottom line shows the dorm groups.

Grading Module

The summary area is a standard part of Reach, however it is also a part of the larger Grading Module, designed for schools to create questions that are customised for staff to monitor and keep track of specific tasks/requirements relating to their students. The module extension package is integrated here by presenting the data from Grading templates completed per day, to select a template and a date, the summary will display the data results.

In this image, we can see the Exam Study Prep template has been selected and the date of 20/06/2022
 - Blue numbers represent the total number of students in that group
Green and Red numbers are a breakdown of the Blue number.
 - Green represents the number of students that were scored in the submission
 - Red represents the number of students that were NOT scored in the submission

Examples of Grading Module templates may include;
  1. A check list for dorms move-in-day
  2. Weekly room inspections
  3. After school or nightly study hall
Grading lists can also be used with specific Rollcall Categories or can be independent of Rollcall.

The Grading Module must be installed and enabled within your schools Reach portal to be active.

Access to the features of the Grading Module is dependent on user permissions found in System Configurations > Infinity in the Base Security's Grading module section and/or within an individual's permission settings in People Management > View Contacts in their Permissions tab.  Please contact your school's Reach Administrator with any permission accessibility questions.
