Reach is cloud-based and can be accessed 24/7 from any device with an internet connection, using either a web browser or via the mobile app, which is available for Apple and Android devices through their online stores.

Access Help & Knowledge

NOTE: All initial questions regarding Reach and your account, please contact your school first, as they can help you with login and how to use the portal.

Web
Once you have logged into your Reach account, click the Help icon in the header bar menu


This opens the Reach Help Center in a separate web browser.
You can also access the Help Center directly in a web browser  @  support.reach.cloud 



How to Navigate the Help Center

The two main areas of the Help Center are the header bar menu and the grouped quick links at the bottom

Home - the landing page
My Area - this is activated after you have an account - click on 'Sign Up'
Knowledge Base - this is where the Reach team provide a vast library of articles / guides / tutorials  / video to show you how to use the Reach Platform
Community - this is a forum based area, all those logged in can see notes from others, and click on like if the content is appreciated
Sign In - this provides the login page to access your account
Sign Up - this provides the account creator to get setup


Once you have an active account and you are signed in, the 'Add Ticket' & Add Topic' buttons can be fully utilised.
 - they can be seen without an account, however, full interaction is provided via a login.

- Add Ticket provides a form to complete when you require the assistance of the Reach team
- Ticket tracking, notes, progress, can all be seen via the My Area menu button - active after you login

Add Topic
this provides a form to complete when you wish to submit an item to the community.

How to Navigate the Knowledge Base

Grouped sections are provided for a fast search, as you can see with each group, it details how many articles are provided and how many sections they are grouped into.
As a student, click on the 'For Students' section.



The Student section opens to show the available sections, click on a group to view those items.


The list is provided, here you can see the names of each article item, to view, simply click on that item.


To save the article to read later, you can right click on the screen and select print
 - this allows you to print a copy , with the printer connected to your computer
 - or save a copy to your computer as a PDF
