The Reach app is designed for use as a transaction platform, it is freely available to use by all students with an active account. Access to the major transaction elements is provided, however it is not a complete replication of the Reach web portal.
Note: Edit abilities are managed by your school, please contact them first if edit access is required.
How to Edit a Leave Request
Using your access details, login to the Reach mobile app.
On the welcome screen, you can see a red menu bar across the bottom of the screen.
Tap on the Leave button to open the Manage Leave screen.
Here you can see the most recent item at the top, all others appear in chronological order.
The colour coding indicates the status of the individual Leave Request.
Green - Approved
Yellow - Pending
Blue - On Leave
Red - Rejected
Select the required pending leave item, this will display its details page, then select the note and pen icon in the top right corner of the page.
You can then progress through each page by using the Next button at the bottom of each screen.
Make the necessary updates per page as you go. If there is nothing to edit, click Next.
When complete, tap the red Finished button on the final summary page to Save.
When the edit is Finished, this will create/send an updated email requesting approval, again, as the item has changed.
