Using the Reach software, all support systems are provided via your Reach Web Login or by using a Web browser and they are easy to access.
NOTE: Before contacting Customer Support, please speak with your school contact first.
Each school operates an individual Reach Portal with different functions and features enabled.
Your best contact is your school admin team first.
Before contacting customer support, there is a good chance the answer can be found with the many documents and video tutorials provided within the Help Center and Knowledge Base.
