The Reach app is designed for use as a transaction platform, it is freely available to use by all parents with an active account.
Access to the major transaction elements is provided, however it is not a complete replication of the Reach web portal.
How to Approve a Leave Request
Using your access details, login to the Reach mobile app.
On the welcome screen, you can see a red menu bar across the bottom of the screen.
Tap on the Leave button to open the Manage Leave screen.
Here you can see the most recent item at the top, all others appear in chronological order.
The colour coding indicates the status of the individual Leave Request.
Green - Approved
Yellow - Pending
Blue - On Leave
Red - Rejected
Select the required Pending leave item, this will display its details page.
You can click through the Main / Meals / Notes / Audit tabs to view details.
To Approve or Reject simply tap the required button either side of the profile photo.
You will be present with a confirmation window.
APPROVE - If correct, tap OK, or Cancel to go back
REJECT - Enter a reason and OK to confirm, to go back, tap on the screen
To Approve or Reject a leave item, will change the status colour of that item across Reach.
Status can not be changed again, if required, please contact your school.
