The Reach app is designed for use as a transaction platform, it is freely available to use by all parents with an active account.
Access to the major transaction elements is provided, however it is not a complete replication of the Reach web portal.
How to View Existing Leave Items
Using your access details, login to the Reach mobile app.
On the welcome screen, you can see a red menu bar across the bottom of the screen.
Tap on the Leave button to open the Manage Leave screen.
Here you can see the most recent item at the top, all others appear in chronological order.
Quick filtering for Approved , Pending , On Leave , and Rejected leave items can be accomplished by selecting one of the 4 corresponding colour rectangles at the top of the page.
Along the top right of the screen, you have the ability to search, filter, and sort by additional details.
Each Leave item is displayed as an individual card, with the left side showing a status colour line.
Click on a Leave item to view it's details page.
At the top of the screen you have edit and note options.
Beside the profile photo you have APPROVE/REJECT buttons, these only appear on Pending items.
Tap on the Main / Meals / Notes / Audit tabs to view details.
