The Reach Student Life Platform is cloud-based and can be accessed from any device with an internet connection, using either a web browser or via the mobile app, which is available for Apple and Android devices through their online stores.

Notes
NOTE: Not all schools will issue parent login details to access Reach accounts.
- This will depend on the school's protocols and requirements
Some schools may only require parental email authorisations, this may include consent forms and leave requests.

How to Access Reach

Once you have registered at your new school, if they require you to use a Reach account, they will provide details, or email a link.
The staff will create a personal profile for you in the school specific Reach portal.
They will connect your profile to your child and the student profiles to which you will become an authorized host, if required.
 - This is so that you can approve leave / events / forms
The school will then provide you with a username and password to login via a web browser
 - alternately you will receive an email with a login wizard link

How to Login via a Web Browser

Once your school provides a username and password, you can use these to access the website.
 - The school will provide the website address to their school's Reach Portal - Each school operates individually.
Open a web browser on your computer.
Enter the schools unique website address, and click enter, you will be presented with a login screen.



Once you have entered the provided username and password, click SIGN IN.
  1. Please note: login is case sensitive to upper and lower case text, please be aware of the detail
  2. If your login fails and your identity cannot be authenticated, then you will be presented with an error message
    1. Please retry your credentials (username and password) and click Sign-In again
  3. If you continue to get an error message, potentially your credentials have a mistake
    1. Please contact your school and they can reset your credentials

How to Login via a Wizard link

Once you have registered at your new school, if they require you to use a Reach account, they can send an email link for login.
Here is an example of the link, in an email.



Click on the link and the Wizard will open in a new web browser.



Read the details and then click on Next. 



Here, read the details and then create the password you prefer to use and then click on the green button Confirm Details.



Successful password creation - click the green button and Log in to your account in your School's Reach Portal.

Navigation Basics 



The arrows in the image above indicate different important areas for Parents.
Orange - The Header Bar menu provides access to some items, this may vary depending on the modules used by your school 
Red - The My Account section allows you to control your profile, here you can update your password
Blue - The Left Side menu provides access to the elements your school utilises to manage the student population
Green - The Reach Portal uses tabs so that it is easy to switch between different areas
