ARTICLE: Rollcall Management - Basic Overview
The Rollcall Management section of the main menu is the epicenter for rollcall functions, including; taking/marking standard, live, dynamic and unattended rollcalls, also to view, report and export historical data.

Rollcall Menu Options Explained
Check-in Summary
This is a view only area, providing a quick look at the historical data of the student population per rollcall, per day.

Live Rollcall
This section allows staff to work collaboratively with other staff members across the same rollcall, more than one staff member can be logged into the same rollcall at the same time, from different devices, interacting and marking the same live rollcall, and each staff member who is participating will see updates occur as they happen, live and in real-time.

Live RC Reports
This function provides staff with an incredibly useful tool to view, report and export historical data from Live Rollcalls.

Grading
Grading allows for list templates with questions, to be created and customised for staff to monitor and keep track of specific tasks/requirements relating to students, these lists can be used with specific Rollcall Categories or can be independent of Rollcall.
List Template Examples;
- Move-in-day check list
- Weekly room inspections
- Nightly study hall
- Move-out-day
NOTE: The Grading Module is an extension to the Reach platform, it must be installed and enabled for use at your school

Start Unattended Rollcall
This function provides an option for rollcalls to automatically run, based on a set time of day, and can operate on an unattended kiosk screen or on a staff members device for a fast check-in.

Take Rollcall
Standard Rollcall allows for one user to log attendance for a group as one event, and other staff members will not be able to see the results of this rollcall type until after it has been completed and submitted.

Reach App - Rollcall Management
Using Rollcall Management within the Reach App is an extension of the browser experience, therefore, the number of functions and features are far less, however, the app has been designed to provide the highest level of usability in hand-held devices.
